Coaching calls are the cornerstone of this program. They will happen on the same day each week and they provide a safe space for you to process what you are learning and get real feedback from an understanding and experienced coach.
The 6 Week Program includes 7 total coaching calls. Each coaching call lasts 30 minutes and includes a review of your week, practical advice, a learning segment and a review of "homework" assignments for the week.
Outside of coaching calls, you will have unlimited communication with your coach via text.
A mission without a clear direction is doomed to fail. So, during week 1, you will be working with your coach to create a clear picture of your goal and establish a time frame for its completion. You'll write it down and refer to it for the duration of the program.

During week 2 you will begin taking an objective look at your habits. You'll learn how habits are formed and you'll identify the habits that are helping you and the ones that are hurting you.

In week 3, your coach will teach you simple, easy ways to break bad habits and start building good ones. You'll learn more about food, specifically macronutrients and the roles they play in the functions of your body as well as your body composition.

Week 4 will focus on creating an environment that supports your goals. You'll learn methods for meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prepping and daily habits that will set you up for success.

When you change your paradigm, you change your life. You reclaim power you didn't even realize you'd lost. Week 5 is a week like no other. You'll dig into the beliefs you have about yourself, the the beliefs you have about food and how those might be holding you back from success.

In week 6 you may find that your motivation is faltering and you don't have the will power you did at the beginning of the program. No fear, we'll be addressing that and equipping you with methods to overcome it. During week 5, you'll also be learning to optimize your diet with meal timing and supplements.
